To create a transfer, download the SendNOW app from the official Google Play or App Store. Or use the web version in your browser: https://sendnow.money/app. Sign up.
- Then go to the “Send” screen. Select the sending and receiving currencies: US dollar for sending → Russian ruble for receiving.
- Choose how you want to pay for the transfer: card or cryptocurrency.
- Tap “Continue” and move on to entering the recipient’s details.
- Fill in all the fields on the “Add recipient” screen: full name, phone number, recipient’s card number.
- After entering the recipient’s details, tap “Proceed to payment”.
From here, the instructions differ depending on which payment method you choose.
Method 1. Bank card

- On the payment method selection screen, choose one of the options: Revolut Pay, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — depending on your card and device.
- Complete verification: biometric and document (ID) verification — if this is your first payment.
- Make the payment.
- Wait for the funds to arrive and track the status. You can see the progress of the transfer in the app (in the “History” or “Statuses” section); you’ll also receive notifications. It usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours.
Method 2. Cryptocurrency
Checklist for sending money from the United States to Russia with cryptocurrency:
- Prepare a wallet app or an exchange account with a balance in USDT or USDC.
- Make sure your wallet or exchange supports withdrawals in the network required by SendNOW for your transfer.
- Confirm the correct and up-to-date card details of the recipient in Russia.
* What is a “network”?
A network (blockchain network) is the “road” your token travels on. Each network has its own addresses, fees, and speeds.
Examples of networks: Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Tron (TRC-20), Polygon (POL/Polygon PoS).Important:
- The token must be sent through the same network that SendNOW shows.
- If you choose a different network, the transfer may not arrive.
How to check this on your side:
- Open Withdraw in your wallet or on your exchange.
- In the Network list, make sure the exact network required by SendNOW is available (for example, ERC-20 or BEP-20).
- If the needed network is not available, top up a wallet/exchange where this network is supported, or in SendNOW select a network you can definitely use to send.
Next steps:
- Pay for the transfer from your wallet or exchange. Send the exact amount to the address provided in the selected network — the app will detect the payment automatically.
- Wait for the funds to arrive and track the status. You can see the progress of the transfer in the app (history/statuses); you’ll also receive notifications. It usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours.
