At the end you\u2019ll find a link to a video tutorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) How do I edit my profile details?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can edit: <strong>name<\/strong>, <strong>phone number<\/strong>, <strong>country of residence<\/strong>, and <strong>date of birth<\/strong>.<br>You <strong>cannot<\/strong> edit the <strong>e-mail<\/strong> field (see section 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the mobile app<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>Profile<\/strong> tab in the bottom menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap your <strong>profile name<\/strong> at the top (your name and phone number).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the <strong>Personal information<\/strong> screen, edit the fields you need:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country of residence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-mail \u2014 not editable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Save changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the web version<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click your <strong>profile name<\/strong> or the <strong>pencil icon<\/strong> next to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the available fields and save.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>e-mail<\/strong> field is <strong>read-only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also watch a short YouTube video tutorial: <strong>\u201cSendNOW \u2014 editing your profile (mobile and web).\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How to Update Your Profile in SendNOW: Step-by-Step Guide\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uQto0-B394o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Can I change the e-mail for my account?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Short answer: no.<\/strong><br>Your e-mail address is your login.
